Studies Technician

At GAPTEK we are looking for a Studies Technician profile with experience of between 2 and 3 years working in engineering and/or construction companies preparing project studies and preparing offers (previous experience in facility valuation will be a plus); If you consider that this is your profile, we invite you to join our team, in an international and constantly growing/expanding environment such as GAPTEK.

At a training level, we are going to ask you to provide us with studies related to civil engineering or architecture and to have a high level of English.

TASKS:
The functions of the position are the following:

• Carry out previous studies of the project in order to establish the valuations
• adequate in terms of time, costs and resources for the preparation of the subsequent offer.
• Study of projects and preparation of offers
• Prepare and supervise budgets, technical-economic viability of the different
• projects and their validation.
• Study and realization of the previous state of measurements.
• Blueprints
• Maintain and promote relationships with different suppliers to request offers.
• Look for alternative solutions, improvements, variants, etc. to the solutions studied.
• Document management

At the level of tools, we need an advanced level of Excel, Project, AutoCAD, positively valuing knowledge and expertise in Presto and Navision.
