Gaptek strengthens its team spirit at our Massanes Production Center and on the karting track
Last Friday, 28 November 2025, Gaptek carried out a high-value corporate day that combined technical knowledge, internal alignment and a team-building experience designed to reinforce our collective sense of belonging.

The agenda began at our Massanes facilities, where the team had the opportunity to visit the company’s operational core and gain an end-to-end view of the processes that underpin our constructive model. Under the guidance of our Production Director, Jordi Lacambra, a training session was held to deepen the understanding of the architecture and capabilities of the Gaptek Construction System—one of our key differentiators in the aerospace, defence and infrastructure markets. This session enabled the team to fully grasp the technologies, capabilities and production flows that structure our value proposition.
After the technical session, the team headed to Karting Cardedeu to activate one of the most dynamic and competitive phases of the day. The race strengthened collaboration under pressure, fast decision-making and teamwork in an environment entirely different from the day-to-day workplace. The experience generated motivation, camaraderie and positive energy perfectly aligned with our goals for internal cohesion.

The day concluded with a team lunch, where participants shared impressions, celebrated the race and strengthened both personal and professional connections. This moment, aligned with the event’s purpose, contributed to building a more integrated, collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
