STRUCTURAL CALCULATION ENGINEER

At GAPTEK, we are looking for a structural calculation engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience as an engineer/architect specializing in structural calculation and design.
A high level of English is required. Additional languages such as French will be highly valued.
TASKS:
Main functions and responsibilities:
- Analysis, sizing, design, and calculation of metal structures (steel and concrete) and reinforced concrete (shallow and deep foundations).
- Drafting calculation reports and calculation memos.
- Coordination with the BIM area for modeling the aforementioned structures.
- Supervision and quality control of documentation and drawings of the calculated structures.
- Knowledge of American standards (ASCE, AISC), as well as Spanish and European standards (CTE, CE21, EC).
- Proficiency in the following software: Robot Structural Analysis, AutoCAD, Office, and basic knowledge of Revit.
