Accounting Administrative
At GAPTEK we are looking for an Accounting Administrative profile with 3 to 4 years of experience. Fundamental expertise in NAVISION and Excel. If you consider that this is your profile, we invite you to join our team, in an international and constantly growing/expanding environment such as GAPTEK.
At a training level we are going to ask you to provide us with studies related to accounting, administration, finance or similar and a medium level of English.
TASKS:
MISSION: guarantee the correct management and registration of the economic and financial operations of an organization. This position is crucial to transparency, accuracy and effectiveness in financial administration.
• Invoice Registration
• Visa Accounting and Reconciliation
• Reconciliation and Accounting of bank items
• Expense notes
Experience with Navision is decisive
