Team Building Event for Gaptek Team at the Opening of Our New Offices in Torre Meridian!
Gaptek organized a Team Building event with the aim of fostering collaboration, communication, and motivation among the teams from different departments. This activity was designed to strengthen bonds and enhance collaboration, all framed within a very special occasion:

The inauguration of Gaptek’s new offices in Torre Meridian, Barcelona!
The Team Building dynamic consisted of a series of fun activities that promoted more coordinated teamwork, facilitated communication between teams, developed skills, and enhanced team cohesion and creativity among all participants.
The activity was led by Toni Canon and Aina Salas from Tuset Events, who energized the activities and ensured the participation of all teams.
The day began with the delivery of a Gaptek Welcome Kit and a tour of the facilities, allowing all participants to familiarize themselves with their new workspaces.

Afterward, we shared a pica-pica, and various Team Building activities were carried out. These included problem-solving challenges and activities to get to know each other, which were not only fun but also helped strengthen the bonds between coworkers.
The feedback received was very positive. Employees highlighted the importance of these moments to get to know each other better:
