Aircraft shelter for aircraft launching to the Spanish Air Force
Gaptek has successfully provided an aircraft shelter for the aircraft launching of the Spanish Air Force.
The aircraft shelter, as well as all Gaptek products, is easily assembled, demountable and relocatable thanks to Gaptek’s simple construction system.
Moreover, its structure of the shelter is made of aluminium and galvanized steel, which is corrosion-resistant and therefore does not need a corrosion prevention treatment. By that, Gaptek offers aircraft shelters that ensure a long lifespan and can be used for future missions, maximizing its utility for the client.
Another characteristic that makes the difference is the use of a high resistance and durability PVC canvas as it provides shether for the aircraft with major protection.
Regarding the design and engineering of the aircraft shelter, the Gaptek team has worked under a strict consideration of technical building codes. The engineering was based on Eurocodes, CTE (Spanish Technical Edification Code) and the UNE-EN1090 regulation regarding steel and aluminium structures. In addition, every element of the building has CE marking.
